Since we sell digital products & Services  (intangible goods such as software, eBooks, templates, courses, or digital art), there is no physical shipping involved.

Instead of waiting for a package to arrive on your doorstep, "delivery" refers to the electronic transfer of the product to you.

Here is everything you need to know about receiving your digital purchase.

1. Delivery Methods

We use the following methods to deliver digital products:

• Instant Email Delivery (Most Common): As soon as your payment is confirmed, our system automatically sends an email to the address you provided during checkout. This email will contain a unique download link or access instructions for your product.
• Direct Download on Confirmation Page: After completing your purchase, you will typically be redirected to an order confirmation page. In many cases, a direct download button will be available right on that page.
• Customer Account Portal: If you created an account on our store, your purchased files are often stored in your "Order History" or "My Downloads" section for easy access at any time.

Important Note: Please ensure you enter your email address correctly at checkout. Typos are the #1 reason for delivery delays.

2. Delivery Timing

Immediate Access: In 99% of cases, digital delivery is instantaneous. You should receive your access email within 5-15 minutes of payment confirmation.

Potential Delays: Occasionally, delays may occur due to:

• Payment Processing: If your bank or PayPal flags the transaction for review, delivery will be paused until the funds clear.
• Fraud Prevention: High-value orders may sometimes trigger a manual review by our security team, which can delay delivery by up to 24 hours.
• Technical Glitches: Rarely, email servers or download servers experience temporary outages.

3. Shipping Costs

There are $0 shipping costs for digital products. We do not charge any handling or delivery fees for electronic goods.

4. Download Limitations and Expiry

To prevent unauthorized sharing, your download links may have security settings:

• Download Attempts: Your link may be limited to a specific number of download attempts (e.g., 3 attempts). Please ensure you save the file to a secure location on your computer immediately after downloading.
• Link Expiry: For security reasons, some download links expire after a certain period (e.g., 7 days or 30 days). If your link expires before you have saved the product, please contact support.

5. Troubleshooting: "I didn't receive my product"

If you have purchased a digital product and haven't received the delivery email, please take the following steps before contacting support:

1. Check Spam/Junk Folders: This is the most common issue. Automated emails often get filtered inadvertently.
2. Check the "Promotions" Tab: If you use Gmail, check the Promotions tab.
3. Verify Your Email: Did you make a typo in your email address at checkout? If you suspect you did, contact us immediately.

6. Geographic Limitations

Our digital products are generally available for purchase and download globally. However, we reserve the right to block purchases from specific countries if required by international sanctions or complex tax regulations that we are unable to support.
