    • The file(s) cannot be downloaded or installed due to technical issues, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  2. Non-Functional Product
    • The product does not work as described or is missing essential features stated in the listing, and the issue is verified by our support team.
  3. Duplicate Purchase
    • Accidental duplicate purchases of the same product may be eligible for a refund upon request and review.
  4. Wrong Product Delivery
    • You received a product different from what you purchased (e.g., incorrect version or file).
