β Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Corrupt or Incomplete Files
- The file(s) cannot be downloaded or installed due to technical issues, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- Non-Functional Product
- The product does not work as described or is missing essential features stated in the listing, and the issue is verified by our support team.
- Duplicate Purchase
- Accidental duplicate purchases of the same product may be eligible for a refund upon request and review.
- Wrong Product Delivery
- You received a product different from what you purchased (e.g., incorrect version or file).
β Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You do not have sufficient technical knowledge to use the product.
- The product did not meet your personal expectations.
- The digital product has already been downloaded or accessed.
- You purchased the wrong product due to lack of reading the description.
π Replacement Policy
In the event of a technical issue, we will first attempt to replace or repair the digital file. Refunds will be issued only if a resolution cannot be provided within 3 business days.
