I bought a product, can I request a refund?

Yes, we do issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer, if you found that the product you have bought is not working then raise a refund request to infodigiwebhosting@gmail.com  or through the WhatsApp us for quick Reply from your account.

Note – Make sure that there under Developer product  no support from our side  So, you can’t raise a refund request f Most of the products are pre cheched by us.

We do not issue a refund under the following circumstances:

  • You can’t install downloaded themes or plugins
  • All Software support Windows 8 and more version only low version we contact refund. 
  • Some software you have to switch off Antivirus and include in exclusions
  • You have not liked our services
  • You changed your mind and don’t need that product anymore (You can take an exchange in such cases.)
  • COURSE BUNDLE All are downloadable no license for that we can’t refund (if any demand contact our mail address we will solve it if not it will be refunded)
  • Developer  Product  no refund (if you have software knowledge  than buy

Provider offers digital media (“Software”) that may be downloaded immediately after a purchase order has been made. There isn’t any “trial” or “grace period” after buying any product which suggests all sales are final.
